Helen Turk has over 30 years of experience working with children and their families in private practice, community hospitals and school boards.
Helen graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology. She is registered with the College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPO). She is a certified member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA), has a clinical certification with Speech Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) and is a member of the Ontario Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologist (OSLA).
Helen is also a certified orofacial myologist and a member of the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM). She is a certified Hanen Instructor for “It Takes Two to Talk” and “Learning Language and Loving It” programs. She has also completed PROMPT Level One (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets).
